If you have been asked to send us a file this is where one of us may have directed you. We have three different ways to send us files. Please choose the option that best suits your file size.

Files under 5 MB
- email to contact@rhprinting.ca

Files between 5 MB and 20 MB
- go to our UPLOAD page (user name and password required) where your file will be uploaded and we will be notified of your file being sent to us.

Files over 20 MB
- use our ftp service. ftp://rhprinting.ca/
If you already have a FTP transfer program please contact us for a user name and password.

When you have finished uploading your file to the ftp site please email us with notification of your upload and any specs you might have.

We recommend that you use a FTP program such as Cute FTP for the PC or Fetch for a Mac. This will provide the most consistant uploads with the fewest errors.
